Dr. Brian L. McGee

Dr. Brian L. McGee is a board-certified gastroenterologist with deep roots in Arkansas medicine and a strong record of clinical leadership. A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), he completed both his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at UAMS in Little Rock. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr. McGee’s clinical career has spanned several distinguished Arkansas practices, including the Arkansas Diagnostic Center, where he served as Executive Director of Endoscopy, and the Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Advanced Endoscopy at Saline Surgical Associates and CHI St. Vincent’s Hot Springs. He is known for his patient-centered communication, meticulous endoscopic technique, and dedication to preventive care — especially colon cancer screening.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. McGee is an appointed member of the Arkansas State Medical Board, founder of C.H.A.D. (Colorectal Health Advocates & Doctors), and president of Arkansas Cash for Kindness. He has been repeatedly recognized as one of Arkansas’ leading physicians, including AY Magazine’s “Best of Gastroenterology,” Little Rock Soirée’s “Top Docs,” Arkansas Money & Politics “Champions of Health Care,” and the ACG SCOPY CRC Superheroes Award for colorectal cancer outreach and prevention.
